Trump’s biggest lead yet, 47 points is widest since June 2022

Noth­ing is slow­ing for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump’s march to the GOP nom­i­na­tion.
In the lat­est Emer­son Col­lege Polling sur­vey out on Wednes­day, Trump has the biggest nation­al lead since Emer­son start­ed test­ing the 2024 race in June 2022, 15 months ago.

Emer­son said there was a “Trump bump” in the lat­est sur­vey that showed him sup­port­ed by 59% of Repub­li­can vot­ers. Sec­ond is Gov. Ron DeSan­tis (R‑FL) at 12%, fol­lowed by Vivek Ramaswamy at 7%, for­mer New Jer­sey Gov. Chris Christie and for­mer Vice Pres­i­dent Mike Pence at 5%, for­mer South Car­oli­na Gov. Nik­ki Haley at 3%, and Sen. Tim Scott (R‑SC) at 2%. Five per­cent are unde­cid­ed.
