The View co-hosts have once again criticized Gov. Ron DeSantis (R‑FL), specifically regarding his 2024 presidential run that has failed to gain traction among Republican voters.
Ana Navarro, one of the hosts of the talk show, claimed that DeSantis’s campaign for president is “dead on arrival” and that the Florida governor is on “political life support.” The statements come as former President Donald Trump, who is running for reelection, is still far ahead of DeSantis in the polls, four months after the Florida governor announced he would run for president.

“Despite so many reboots, I now think he has more pairs of boots than Nancy Sinatra,” Navarro said. “His campaign is dead on arrival. I mean, this guy is on political life support. It’s just nobody has had the compassion and mercy to actually pull the plug.”
Navarro said she was happy about DeSantis’s struggling campaign because “he’s been awful in Florida.”
