
A new poll could signal trouble for President Joe Biden as former President Donald Trump holds a big lead in a hypothetical head-to-head.
The Washington Post-ABC News poll has Trump, the GOP frontrunner, with a ten percentage point lead over Biden among registered voters, at 52% to 42%, well beyond the 3.5 percentage point margin of error. Biden’s approval rating on top issues for voters, including the economy and immigration, shows the president faces an uphill battle in 2024 over topics far beyond his age.
