Missouri AG WARNS on Biden ‘Swamp Rats’ Collusion with Big Tech Ahead of 2024 Elections

Mis­souri Attor­ney Gen­er­al Andrew Bai­ley took a vic­to­ry lap after an appel­late court rebuked a Biden-led agency’s appar­ent role in vio­lat­ing the First Amend­ment.
Bai­ley evis­cer­at­ed the deep state cen­sors on Fox News’s Ingra­ham Angle on Wednes­day when he talked about his most recent win – the new­ly amend­ed injunc­tion in the Mis­souri v. Biden case.
Notably, the land­mark law­suit cit­ed exclu­sive research from MRC Free Speech America’s CensorTrack.org data­base and marked a major vic­to­ry for the First Amend­ment. The new injunc­tion now blocks the Cyber­se­cu­ri­ty and Infra­struc­ture Secu­ri­ty Agency (CISA) from coerc­ing Big Tech plat­forms to cen­sor con­tent.
“It’s a sew­er of D.C. swamp rats, and they are gnaw­ing at our free­dom,” Bai­ley said of the unelect­ed bureau­crats try­ing to con­trol free speech. “That’s elec­tion inter­fer­ence at its worst, and the Amer­i­can pub­lic suf­fered for it,” the state attor­ney gen­er­al warned.
