For­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump took aim at his chief polit­i­cal rival’s fit­ness and sup­posed frailty dur­ing a ral­ly in Water­loo, Iowa, on Sat­ur­day.
A notice­ably high-spir­it­ed Trump was ini­tial­ly speak­ing about for­mer Pres­i­dent Jim­my Carter, say­ing he would be con­sid­ered a suc­cess in office today com­pared to Pres­i­dent Joe Biden, before launch­ing into a tan­gent about Biden’s trips to the beach.

“He’s got a con­sul­tant some­where — this is the worst con­sul­tant in pol­i­tics — that thinks he looks good in a bathing suit,” he said. “He spends so much time at the beach. I mean, how do you do that? And, you know, I have a much bet­ter body than him. But I’m not real­ly sure that I want to expose it with the Sun blar­ing down and the sand, the surf, the wind … I mean, you know, it’s not a pret­ty sight.”
The audi­ence laughed, and Trump kept riff­ing.
