Ken­tucky res­i­dents who receive assis­tance from the Sup­ple­men­tal Nutri­tion Assis­tance Pro­gram will see their pay­ments, worth up to $1,751, issued over the next nine days for Octo­ber.
SNAP, or food stamps, is dis­trib­uted on Oct. 1 and ends on Oct. 19. Eli­gi­ble house­holds can expect to receive their SNAP ben­e­fits on the same day each month, with the exact date vary­ing based on the last dig­it of their case num­bers.
