The View’s Joy Behar com­pares Rashi­da Tlaib to Trump in anti­semitism dis­cus­sion

The View’s Joy Behar crit­i­cized Rep. Rashi­da Tlaib (D‑MI) over false state­ments she made about an explo­sion at a Gaza hos­pi­tal, com­par­ing her to for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump.
The hosts of the talk show were dis­cussing the rise in anti­semitism in the Unit­ed States, with co-host Alyssa Farah Grif­fin claim­ing that anti­semitism is a bipar­ti­san issue. Grif­fin stat­ed that Tlaib, along with Rep. Ilhan Omar (D‑MN), have “dab­bled in dan­ger­ous anti­semitism,” with Behar men­tion­ing Tlaib’s recent com­ments on the Al-Ahli Bap­tist Hos­pi­tal explo­sion, which occurred on Oct. 17 in Gaza.

“Rashi­da will still not admit that that attack on the hos­pi­tal came from Hamas,” Behar said. “They have video show­ing it, but she goes out there and lies — like Trump.”
