Residents in the commonwealth of Virginia have six more days to file their 2022 state income taxes to qualify for a tax rebate of up to $400.
To be eligible for the rebate, tax returns must be filed in the Old Dominion by the Nov. 1 extended deadline, six months after the regular May 1, 2023, deadline to file 2022 Virginia state income taxes. If a taxpayer filed at the regular deadline, no additional steps are required to get the rebate.
