Eric Trump distances himself from father’s financial statements in New York testimony

Don­ald Trump’s son tes­ti­fied on Thurs­day that he was not involved in prepar­ing his father’s finan­cial state­ments, which are at the cen­ter of a civ­il fraud case against the for­mer pres­i­dent and sev­er­al of his asso­ciates in New York.
Eric Trump, a co-defen­dant in the case and exec­u­tive vice pres­i­dent of the Trump Orga­ni­za­tion, said on the wit­ness stand, “I had no involve­ment and nev­er worked on my father’s state­ment of finan­cial con­di­tion.”
