Eric Trump pushed back on New York Attor­ney Gen­er­al Leti­tia James on Fri­day after leav­ing a New York City court­room where he had just tes­ti­fied in a civ­il fraud tri­al over alle­ga­tions his father gross­ly over­stat­ed his wealth for years.
He accused James of mis­placed pri­or­i­ties, say­ing she was wast­ing tax­pay­er dol­lars by pur­su­ing a polit­i­cal­ly moti­vat­ed case against for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump, the lead­ing Repub­li­can pres­i­den­tial can­di­date.

“It’s the very rea­son every­body’s mov­ing out of New York State, and I was actu­al­ly one of them,” Eric Trump said, accord­ing to a video shared on X by Turn­ing Point USA Pres­i­dent Char­lie Kirk.
