Class-action set­tle­ment: Dead­line for Dude Wipes cus­tomers to file claim in $9 mil­lion set­tle­ment in four days

There are four more days for Dude Wipes cus­tomers to file a claim for a piece of a $9 mil­lion class-action set­tle­ment with the com­pa­ny for alleged­ly mis­lead­ing con­sumers about its prod­ucts.
The com­pa­ny was accused by cus­tomers of mak­ing them believe its wipes were “flush­able” when they were not, lead­ing to legal action by the group of con­sumers. Dude Prod­ucts has denied any wrong­do­ing but has agreed to the set­tle­ment to avoid lit­i­ga­tion on the mat­ter. The court set a dead­line of Nov. 11 for peo­ple to file a claim in this set­tle­ment.
