Gov. Chris Sununu (R‑NH) said he plans to endorse a 2024 Republican presidential candidate “in the next few weeks.”
“We’re all friends. We’re all tight. I think they would all make great presidents,” Sununu said in an interview on CBS News Tuesday evening. “I really do. I’ll narrow it down and get behind one in the next few weeks.”

Former Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley and Gov. Ron DeSantis (R‑FL) have both campaigned with Sununu recently, sparking speculation that the New Hampshire governor will throw his support behind one of the two candidates.
“I think Nikki Haley has done very well,” Sununu said, noting the importance of the field narrowing. “I think Ron DeSantis has really held his own, nationally in the second place position. Some candidates have kind of surged and faded a little bit. Some that were on the stage aren’t on the stage.”
