Israeli actress Gal Gadot is planning to host a screening of Israel’s conflict with Hamas, with the footage provided by the Israel Defense Forces.
The screening will showcase 47 minutes of the attack Hamas made on Oct. 7 to a curated audience, with the showcase spearheaded by Academy Award-winning director Guy Nattiv, according to a report. Gadot hosting the screening is notable because, beyond being a famous Israeli actress, she is also an IDF veteran.

“As a filmmaker, I swore that these images of October 7 would not be forgotten, and the world would see them,” Nattiv said. “Because now the denial begins — it is a fake, it is not a fake.”
Nattiv thanked Gadot and her husband, Yaron Varsano, for helping to make the screening “possible.”
