Pres­i­dent Joe Biden is speak­ing at a Unit­ed Auto Work­ers event fol­low­ing the con­clu­sion of its strike against the “Big Three” automak­ers.
He is slat­ed to begin speak­ing at 1:45 p.m. Though fail­ing to score an endorse­ment, Biden has expressed sup­port for the union, going so far as to join the pick­et line — an unprece­dent­ed move from a U.S. pres­i­dent.
