DeSan­tis PAC oper­a­tives near­ly come to blows amid slide in the polls: Report

Two advis­ers for the main super PAC sup­port­ing Gov. Ron DeSan­tis’s (R‑FL) pres­i­den­tial bid report­ed­ly almost came to blows dur­ing a strat­e­gy meet­ing last week as the Flori­da gov­er­nor tries to counter for­mer U.N. Ambas­sador Nik­ki Haley’s rise in the polls.
The lead­er­ship of the Nev­er Back Down super PAC gath­ered last Tues­day to chart a path for­ward as Haley gains momen­tum in ear­ly vot­ing states. The meet­ing appar­ent­ly went so poor­ly, how­ev­er, that two atten­dees had to be restrained from fight­ing, accord­ing to NBC News.
