Dol­ly Par­ton dress­es up as Dal­las Cow­boys cheer­leader for Thanks­giv­ing per­for­mance

Coun­try leg­end Dol­ly Par­ton graced audi­ences with a Thanks­giv­ing per­for­mance dressed as one of the Dal­las Cow­boys’s cheer­lead­ers.
Par­ton, 77, appeared at the Dal­las Cow­boys vs. Wash­ing­ton Com­man­ders foot­ball game on Thurs­day as the half­time show. She wore the icon­ic white shorts and cropped vest with blue stars and a body­suit on stage while per­form­ing. Par­ton per­formed a col­lec­tion of her most cel­e­brat­ed songs, from “Jolene” to “9 to 5,” while pro­mot­ing her lat­est album Rock­star. Her per­for­mance also includ­ed cov­ers of Queen clas­sics “We Are the Cham­pi­ons” and “We Will Rock You.”

“She looks amaz­ing. She’s won­der­ful,” CBS Broad­cast­er Tony Romo said after the per­for­mance. “Who doesn’t like Dol­ly Par­ton?” he asked.

The half­time show was part of the Dal­las Cow­boys’ annu­al tra­di­tion of host­ing a foot­ball game on Thanks­giv­ing. The show was spon­sored by the Sal­va­tion Army.
