(The Cen­ter Square) – Grant awards of $20 bil­lion toward the Biden administration’s green agen­da were announced by the EPA on Thurs­day morn­ing and in a sig­na­ture cer­e­mo­ny fea­tur­ing Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Har­ris while in North Car­oli­na dur­ing the after­noon.
