Lara Trump out­lines five states RNC is focus­ing on for Trump’s 2024 bid

Lara Trump out­lined the key bat­tle­ground states that the Repub­li­can Nation­al Com­mit­tee is focused on going into the 2024 gen­er­al elec­tion. 
In an inter­view with Maria Bar­tiro­mo on Fox News’s Morn­ings with Maria, Lara Trump said while all states are crit­i­cal in win­ning the elec­tion, Ari­zona, Geor­gia, Michi­gan, Penn­syl­va­nia, and Wis­con­sin were of par­tic­u­lar inter­est to the RNC to boost Trump’s reelec­tion chances. Lara Trump is the new­ly appoint­ed co-chair of the Repub­li­can Nation­al Com­mit­tee and daugh­ter-in-law to for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump. 
“Every state mat­ters obvi­ous­ly, but there are the key bat­tle­ground states I think as Micheal [Wheat­ly] men­tioned that we real­ly do have to focus on.” Lara Trump said. 
She high­light­ed Penn­syl­va­nia, among four oth­ers, as states the Trump cam­paign and RNC are eye­ing this cam­paign sea­son. 
“Penn­syl­va­nia is absolute­ly one of those states,” Lara Trump said. “We also have to focus on states like Ari­zona, Wis­con­sin.”
