The Biden admin­is­tra­tion has set new fed­er­al stan­dards for cut­ting emis­sions, cre­at­ing tax cred­its and sub­si­dies for elec­tric vehi­cles, and invest­ing bil­lions in swing states to boost EV man­u­fac­tur­ing. For­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump is tak­ing a dif­fer­ent approach to the tech­nol­o­gy.
