Mike John­son dis­miss­es con­cerns about rebels kick­ing him out: ‘Not wor­ried about that at all’

House Speak­er Mike John­son (R‑LA) dis­missed con­cerns over a motion to vacate the speak­er­ship, even as threats to his tenure con­tin­ue.
John­son was asked on Fox News’s Fox and Friends about the poten­tial for him to be boot­ed from the speak­er­ship, as Rep. Mar­jorie Tay­lor Greene (R‑GA) con­tin­ues to dan­gle a motion to vacate over him.

“I don’t wor­ry about the vacate motion at all. I’m here to do my job. I don’t think that’s going to hap­pen,” John­son said on Tues­day.
