Vot­ers in the Sun­shine State will decide on a bal­lot mea­sure in Novem­ber that could enshrine abor­tion into the Flori­da Con­sti­tu­tion, but it would need 60% of the vote to pass. Pres­i­dent Joe Biden and Harris’s cam­paign has said it intends to make a play for Flori­da despite the state mak­ing a sharp right­ward shift in recent elec­tions.
