Al Sharp­ton Becomes Lat­est MSNBC Per­son­al­i­ty To Com­pare Anti-Israel Protests To Jan­u­ary 6

On Thurs­day, Rev. Al Sharp­ton com­pared anti-Israel protests on uni­ver­si­ty cam­pus­es to the U.S. Capi­tol breach on Jan­u­ary 6, 2021, the lat­est MSNBC per­son­al­i­ty to do so this week.
The com­ment was made dur­ing a “Morn­ing Joe” seg­ment with the show’s co-hosts, Joe Scar­bor­ough and Mika Brzezin­s­ki, while images of police mov­ing in on an encamp­ment at UCLA were shown on the screen.
“How do the Democ­rats, how do all of us on that side, say Jan­u­ary 6th was wrong if you can have the same pic­tures going on on col­lege cam­pus­es? You lose the moral high ground,” Sharp­ton said.
