Hamas victims sue pro-Palestinian campus organizations for helping terrorists

Vic­tims of the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas ter­ror­ist attack on Israel are suing two pro-Pales­tin­ian cam­pus orga­ni­za­tions, say­ing they hold some respon­si­bil­i­ty for the attack because they are “col­lab­o­ra­tors and pro­pa­gan­dists for Hamas.”
The suit, filed in a Vir­ginia-based fed­er­al court Wednes­day, alleges that nation­al cam­pus orga­ni­za­tions Amer­i­can Mus­lims for Pales­tine and Nation­al Stu­dents for Jus­tice in Pales­tine are par­tial­ly respon­si­ble for the Oct. 7 attack because “Hamas’s pro­pa­gan­da direct­ed at Amer­i­can audi­ences is instru­men­tal to its strat­e­gy.”
AMP and NSJP are both heav­i­ly con­nect­ed to the pro-Pales­tin­ian protests and encamp­ments dis­rupt­ing col­lege cam­pus­es across the coun­try, often work­ing through chap­ter-lev­el sub­sidiaries. Both groups are fund­ed by far-left donors, as the Wash­ing­ton Exam­in­er report­ed.
