Star Wars leg­end Mark Hamill makes cameo at White House press brief­ing

Actor Mark Hamill was in Wash­ing­ton on Fri­day to give Pres­i­dent Joe Biden his stamp of approval and make a cameo at the White House press brief­ing.
This was Hamill’s third White House vis­it, but he claimed it was his first time inside the Oval Office. He approached the podi­um wear­ing Biden’s clas­sic avi­a­tor sun­glass­es.
“I love the merch,” Hamill joked. “But lis­ten, I just want to say I was hon­ored to be asked to come to the White House to meet the pres­i­dent, the most leg­isla­tive­ly suc­cess­ful pres­i­dent in my lifetime.You know, I don’t have to go through the list. The Bipar­ti­san Infra­struc­ture Law, the PACT Act, the CHIPS Act, all that, infla­tion, 15 mil­lion jobs. It’s all good.”

Hamill claimed his expec­ta­tion was to be with the pres­i­dent for five min­utes, but he was giv­en an exclu­sive look at Biden’s pho­tos and met his staff. The actor did not men­tion any dis­cus­sion about poli­cies. He …
