‘Thrift Shop’ rapper Macklemore says he’s not voting for Biden in new song

Rapper Macklemore has released a new song called “Hind’s Hall,” in which he says that he is not voting for President Joe Biden in the November presidential election.
The tune is meant to support the pro-Palestinian protests happening across the United States while also criticizing Biden and other politicians for their support of Israel. Biden’s handling of the war in Gaza, which began after the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel on Oct. 7, has been criticized by many of his supporters.
“The blood is on your hands, Biden. We can see it all,” Macklemore raps. “And f*** no, I’m not voting for you in the fall.”

The name of the song is a reference to Hamilton Hall at Columbia University, which was seized by anti-Israel protesters last week. The protesters referred to the building as “Hind’s Hall” in reference to Hind Rajab, a 6‑year-old Palestinian girl who was found dead in Gaza.
