Haley back under con­sid­er­a­tion for Trump VP: Report

For­mer South Car­oli­na Gov. Nik­ki Haley and for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump may be get­ting clos­er to bury­ing the hatch­et since the end of the bru­tal 2024 Repub­li­can pri­ma­ry.
Their renewed rela­tion­ship might even entail a part­ner­ship both of them appeared to have reject­ed out of hand just months ago. Haley, who was the U.S. ambas­sador to the Unit­ed Nations under Trump, might find her way onto her for­mer boss’s pres­i­den­tial tick­et as his vice pres­i­dent.
Haley is now under “active con­sid­er­a­tion” by Trump to be his vice pres­i­dent, accord­ing to Axios. The South Car­oli­na politi­cian has yet to endorse Trump for the pres­i­den­cy since drop­ping out of the pri­ma­ry in March after los­ing crit­i­cal states on Super Tues­day.
