Don­alds quips ‘MSNBC is using’ Joy Reid in rebuke to call­ing him a Black MAGA prop

Rep. Byron Don­alds (R‑FL) mocked the idea that the Repub­li­can Par­ty is using him by turn­ing the idea around on his crit­ics.
MSNBC anchor Joy-Ann Reid recent­ly attacked the Flori­da rep­re­sen­ta­tive for attend­ing Don­ald Trump’s ral­ly in the Bronx. Reid referred to Don­alds as “the black guy that Repub­li­cans love to roll out as fake proof” that black peo­ple par­tic­i­pate in the GOP.
“It’s a joke and just as cred­i­ble as when they pre­tend­ed they were going to make that guy Speak­er of the House, cause they weren’t going to do that either,” Reid said.
