Jared Moskowitz says Biden leav­ing 2024 race is ‘not a con­ver­sa­tion worth hav­ing’

Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D‑FL) dis­missed the idea of Pres­i­dent Joe Biden leav­ing the 2024 pres­i­den­tial race, argu­ing that such a sug­ges­tion is “ridicu­lous.”
The Flori­da con­gress­man was respond­ing to a sug­ges­tion made by polling data com­men­ta­tor Nate Sil­ver, who wrote on social media that Biden should con­sid­er drop­ping out of the pres­i­den­tial race if his poll num­bers do not improve by August. Sil­ver is not the first to sug­gest this, as sports com­men­ta­tor Stephen A. Smith and radio host Char­la­m­agne tha God have also sug­gest­ed that anoth­er Demo­c­rat could step in for Biden.

If Biden is still strug­gling in August he needs to con­sid­er step­ping aside.It’s not a great sit­u­a­tion for Ds either way, but …
