Biden goes all in on Jan. 6 cam­paign blast of Trump

Pres­i­dent Joe Biden is expand­ing his effort to hang the Jan. 6 Capi­tol riots around for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump’s neck.
Just days after he released an ad nar­rat­ed by Trump crit­ic and actor Robert De Niro titled “Snapped,” his cam­paign announced plans on Tues­day to field three of the U.S. Capi­tol Police offi­cers who faced off with the pro­test­ers at Biden cam­paign ral­lies.
“Ahead of the June 27 pres­i­den­tial debate, police offi­cers who were attacked and injured on Jan. 6, 2021, will cam­paign for Pres­i­dent Biden in key bat­tle­ground states includ­ing Neva­da, Ari­zona, Penn­syl­va­nia, Wis­con­sin, Michi­gan, and New Hamp­shire. The offi­cers, includ­ing Sgt. Aquili­no Gonell, Offi­cer Har­ry Dunn, and Offi­cer Daniel ‘Dan­ny’ Hodges, will under­score how Don­ald Trump snapped after los­ing the 2020 elec­tion,” the Biden cam­paign said.
