Don­ald Trump receives warm wel­come dur­ing Cal­i­for­nia fundrais­ers

Pres­i­den­tial can­di­date Don­ald Trump took part in his third Cal­i­for­nia fundrais­er in three days on Sat­ur­day.
Trump fin­ished his vis­it in New­port Beach, where he spoke to a sold-out crowd at a pri­vate fundrais­er. While it remains to be seen how much was raised, tick­ets ranged from $5,000 to $250,000. Ear­li­er, Sil­i­con Val­ley investor David Sacks host­ed a fundrais­er event for Trump in his own home in San Fran­cis­co that raised some $12 mil­lion.
Through­out Trump’s three-day trip, his Deputy Direc­tor of Com­mu­ni­ca­tion, Mar­go Mar­tin, record­ed the warm recep­tion from Cal­i­forn­ian sup­port­ers. Peo­ple lined the streets with Trump flags and Make Amer­i­ca Great Again hats to wave at the for­mer pres­i­dent as he trav­eled by car. In New­port Beach, many of the boats docked there had flags hoist­ed to show sup­port for Trump.
