Biden Refuses To Commit To Having Independent Medical Evaluation Of His Neurological, Cognitive Functions

Pres­i­dent Joe Biden repeat­ed­ly refused to com­mit to hav­ing an inde­pen­dent med­ical eval­u­a­tion of his neu­ro­log­i­cal and cog­ni­tive func­tions as he tries to stave off an effort from inside his par­ty to remove him from the top of the tick­et.
Biden made the remarks dur­ing a Fri­day inter­view with ABC News’ George Stephanopou­los fol­low­ing his dis­as­trous debate per­for­mance last week against for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump.
