Pres­i­dent Joe Biden’s top polit­i­cal sup­port­ers believe that the pres­i­dent is not real­ly in charge of run­ning the coun­try and have noticed that he has expe­ri­enced a seri­ous decline in his men­tal fit­ness for office, accord­ing to a new report.
