Pres­i­dent Joe Biden and Democ­rats haven’t been the cen­ter of the legal uni­verse in recent years. Most of the time spent in court, talk­ing with lawyers, and fight­ing with judges has been part of for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump’s port­fo­lio.
