
After 100 days behind bars, former Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg is returning home to his family.
Weisselberg, who has worked for the Trump organization for nearly 50 years, pleaded guilty to lying under oath while giving testimony in former President Donald Trump’s 2023 civil fraud case, in which Trump was accused of exaggerating his wealth in an effort to be approved for a bank loan.
The 76-year-old admitted in March that he lied about how Trump’s Manhattan penthouse’s value was inflated on his financial statements.
