GRAND RAPIDS, Michi­gan — Despite promis­ing dur­ing his nom­i­na­tion accep­tance speech dur­ing last week’s Repub­li­can Nation­al Con­ven­tion not to keep revis­it­ing his assas­si­na­tion attempt, for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump reliv­ed the moment dur­ing his first post-shoot­ing ral­ly in Grand Rapids.
