(The Cen­ter Square) – Illi­nois polit­i­cal lead­ers are react­ing to Pres­i­dent Joe Biden announc­ing he won’t run for pres­i­dent and endors­ing Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Har­ris to be the Demo­c­ra­t­ic party’s nom­i­nee.
