Gas prices: Slight increase at the pumps as prices remain higher than a month ago

Gas prices increased very slight­ly on Tues­day, with the aver­age cost for a gal­lon of reg­u­lar gas ris­ing to $3.502, accord­ing to AAA.

While there has been a decrease at the pumps in recent weeks and months, today’s gas prices remain sig­nif­i­cant­ly high­er than when for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump was in office.
Tuesday’s price was a small increase from Monday’s and Sunday’s when reg­u­lar gas cost $3.501 per gal­lon.
