House GOP demands Judge Merchan’s daugh­ter pro­vide records of work for Kamala Har­ris

The House Judi­cia­ry Com­mit­tee launched an inves­ti­ga­tion Thurs­day into the daugh­ter of the judge pre­sid­ing over for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump’s case in New York, cit­ing her mar­ket­ing work for promi­nent Democ­rats — includ­ing Trump’s 2024 oppo­nent.
Com­mit­tee Chair­man Jim Jor­dan (R‑OH) asked Loren Mer­chan in a let­ter to pro­vide numer­ous doc­u­ments and com­mu­ni­ca­tions relat­ed to her work for Authen­tic Cam­paigns, a top Demo­c­ra­t­ic mar­ket­ing firm that has engaged in lucra­tive busi­ness with Trump’s top polit­i­cal rivals.
