Biden steps off stage as Har­ris takes the spot­light

WILMINGTON, Delaware — Since Pres­i­dent Joe Biden bowed out of the 2024 pres­i­den­tial race, he’s fad­ed into the back­ground as his hand-picked suc­ces­sor takes on more offi­cial duties.
