Demo­c­rat strate­gist David Axel­rod said dur­ing an inter­view over the week­end that Democ­rats needs to be sober mind­ed about Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Har­ris’ chances of beat­ing for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump in this fall’s pres­i­den­tial elec­tion.
