Har­ris Uses Walz To Swipe At Vance: ‘Var­si­ty Team And The JV Squad’

Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Har­ris con­trast­ed on Tues­day her new run­ning mate, Min­neso­ta Gov­er­nor Tim Walz, to for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump‘s pick, Sen. JD Vance (R‑OH).
A ral­ly in Philadel­phia served as the first time the pub­lic got a chance to see Har­ris appear with Walz as part­ners in the Demo­c­ra­t­ic Party’s pres­i­den­tial tick­et for the 2024 elec­tion.
“He real­ly does shine a light on a brighter future that we can build togeth­er. In his state, he has been a mod­el chief exec­u­tive,” Har­ris declared.
“With his expe­ri­ence,” she added, Walz would be ready on “day one” to serve in the White House start­ing next Jan­u­ary.
