Penn­syl­va­nia man charged with vot­ing in two states in 2020

A Penn­syl­va­nia man was charged with ille­gal­ly vot­ing in two states dur­ing the 2020 pres­i­den­tial elec­tion.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the East­ern Dis­trict of Penn­syl­va­nia announced that it filed five charges against Philip Pul­ley, 62, for false­ly reg­is­ter­ing to vote, dou­ble vot­ing, and elec­tion fraud. Dur­ing the 2020 elec­tion, Pul­ley alleged­ly used a false Social Secu­ri­ty num­ber and address to reg­is­ter in Philadel­phia despite already being reg­is­tered to vote in Mont­gomery Coun­ty, Penn­syl­va­nia, and Broward Coun­ty, Flori­da. He pro­ceed­ed to request a mail-in bal­lot from Philadel­phia while also vot­ing in Mont­gomery and Broward coun­ties.
In the Novem­ber 2022 elec­tions, he vot­ed twice in Penn­syl­va­nia, using his Mont­gomery and Philadel­phia address­es.
