Bloomberg reports the 2024 Demo­c­ra­t­ic pres­i­den­tial nom­i­nee will pro­pose offer­ing as much as $25,000 for first-time home­own­ers as down pay­ment aid via fund­ing pro­vid­ed by tax­pay­ers.
