Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Har­ris was slammed on Fri­day as she is expect­ed to announce a plan to give first-time home­own­ers $25,000 from the fed­er­al gov­ern­ment for a down pay­ment on a house.
A Har­ris cam­paign offi­cial report­ed­ly told ABC News Senior White House Cor­re­spon­dent Seli­na Wang on Thurs­day that Har­ris would unroll the plan dur­ing her Fri­day after­noon ral­ly in North Car­oli­na.
