Lara Trump stresses need to inform voters of ‘completely phony’ Harris ticket

Republican National Committee Co-Chairwoman Lara Trump underscored the need for voters to know who Vice President Kamala Harris really is, arguing this is the RNC’s job for the next three months.
Trump argued Harris said “absolutely nothing” during her first appearance at the Democratic National Convention on Monday. She then said voters are realizing that the Harris-Walz presidential ticket is “very phony” and “very inauthentic” compared to former President Donald Trump, citing how he speaks directly to voters, even after surviving an assassination attempt.
“This is a man who sometimes is transparent, some might say to a fault, but you never have to wonder who Donald Trump is, where he stands on anything, or what he is thinking because he will tell you,” Lara Trump said on Fox News’s Hannity. “On the other side of things, you have a completely phony party and completely phony candidates in Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.”
