Would-Be Trump Assassin Had Encrypted Messaging Accounts On Platforms In 3 Foreign Countries, GOP Rep Says

The 20-year-old man who attempt­ed to assas­si­nate for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump on July 13 in But­ler, Penn­syl­va­nia, used encrypt­ed mes­sag­ing accounts on plat­forms in mul­ti­ple for­eign coun­tries, accord­ing to Rep. Mike Waltz (R‑FL).
