Kaylee McGhee White dis­missed those defend­ing Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Harris’s avoid­ance of the press on the cam­paign trail, com­par­ing such argu­ments to peo­ple defend­ing Pres­i­dent Joe Biden after his debate against for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump.
White, the Restor­ing Amer­i­ca edi­tor for the Wash­ing­ton Exam­in­er, par­took in a pan­el with David Car­luc­ci, a for­mer Demo­c­ra­t­ic state sen­a­tor from New York, to dis­cuss how the most recent pres­i­den­tial debate did not shift much sup­port to either Har­ris or Trump. Car­luc­ci con­tend­ed that Har­ris and Trump ought to debate again so Har­ris can lay out her poli­cies to vot­ers, prompt­ing Fox News host Har­ris Faulkn­er to inter­rupt and ask why the vice pres­i­dent can­not do more inter­views.
