Har­ris repeats cam­paign mantras dur­ing star-stud­ded cam­paign stop with Oprah

A litany of Hol­ly­wood celebri­ties and Democ­rats came out to an Oprah Win­frey-led cam­paign event in sup­port of Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Har­ris, who repeat­ed rou­tine cam­paign lines on the econ­o­my, immi­gra­tion, and oth­er issues.
The ral­ly, named “Unite for Amer­i­ca,” took place in Farm­ing­ton Hills, Michi­gan, and sev­er­al celebri­ties, such as actors Meryl Streep, Bryan Cranston, and Julia Roberts, called in. Gov. Gretchen Whit­mer (D‑MI) made an appear­ance as well.
