Vance responds to Mark Robin­son con­tro­ver­sy: ‘Alle­ga­tions aren’t nec­es­sary real­i­ty’

Sen. J.D. Vance (R‑OH) on Sat­ur­day respond­ed to the alle­ga­tions against North Car­oli­na Repub­li­can guber­na­to­r­i­al nom­i­nee Mark Robin­son, say­ing they “aren’t nec­es­sar­i­ly real­i­ty.”
While in Penn­syl­va­nia, Vance was asked if he is “com­fort­able” with Robin­son as the Repub­li­can nom­i­nee for gov­er­nor of North Car­oli­na after a CNN report released on Thurs­day alleged Robin­son used racist, anti­se­mit­ic, and homo­pho­bic slurs in posts on a porno­graph­ic forum.
