Har­ris to unveil US wealth cre­ation eco­nom­ic pro­pos­als: Report

Vice Pres­i­dent Kamala Har­ris is report­ed­ly unveil­ing a string of eco­nom­ic pro­pos­als this week relat­ed to help­ing peo­ple build wealth, the lat­est step by the vice pres­i­dent as she seeks to ele­vate pub­lic per­cep­tion over her abil­i­ty to han­dle the econ­o­my should she win the 2024 pres­i­den­tial elec­tion.
Three sources told Reuters that the poli­cies could be announced on Wednes­day when she is in Pitts­burgh, com­ing at a crit­i­cal time as both Har­ris and for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump try to sway unde­cid­ed vot­ers on how either can­di­date would help them eco­nom­i­cal­ly — par­tic­u­lar­ly those in swing states, where Har­ris is either nar­row­ing or sur­pass­ing Trump’s lead.
